Building Design Queensland invites entries for our Design Awards, which in 2022 celebrate their 30th year recognising and promoting the work of Queensland's Building Designers.

The Design Awards recognise excellence in Building Design, as well as profiling the importance of our profession to both the building industry and the broader community. The Building Design profession is fundamental in shaping Queensland’s built environment. The 2022 Design Awards showcase the contribution our members have made and continue to makeacross the state.

The Design Awards program provides an outstanding opportunity for designers to put forward their best work.

The awards are a great marketing tool in promoting your business to future clients. BDQ heavily promotes all Design Awards entries across physical, traditional, digital, and social channels throughout the year. This promotion allows the industry and wider public to understand what Building Designers do and the important role they play in shaping our built environment.
